kathmandu day tours
The embodiment of thriving culture, Kathmandu basin has since primordial days been the navel of political, cultural, social and economic bustle of the country Nepal. In a sense, the division of Nepal into several facets helped states of Nepal to prosper in every order. There was a sense of rivalry in between the three states namely Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur. Each state wanted to excel the others in every scenario. This very attitude helped Kathmandu Valley to retain its present form.
Kathmandu is popular among travelers as the City of Temples. Several colossal edifices remain dispersed throughout the valley. In fact Kathmandu Valley boasts in having its prized possession of seven of the UNESCO enlisted cultural sites including Swayambhunath Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Temple, Durbar Squares of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan Temple.
