Day01: Arrival in Kathmandu:
Representative from Osho Vision Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. will receive you from Tribhuvan International Airport and then you will be transferred to the hotel where you will be briefly explained about your trekking package.
Day02: Trek preparation and sightseeing in Kathmandu:
Guided sightseeing tour is offered to you on the second day. Visits include the UNESCO enlisted World Heritage Sites of Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath (also known as Monkey Temple), Bouddhanath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Day03: Drive to Soti Khola via Arughat:
Our journey begins early in the morning as we take about 9hours long drive to arrive at Soti Khola. The route will proceed through Dhading Besi which is the district Head quarter of Dhading. Although the first half of the driving till Dhading Besi is pleasant, we will have to go through the gravel road to arrive at Arughat Bazaar. About one and half hour further lies Soti Khola.
Day04: Trek to Machha Khola (900m) 5-6 hrs:
The trekking begins at Soti Khola. We will take the downward trail before having the gentle climb to Almara. Walking through the forest, we will then arrive at Riden Gaon. Moving on, we will walk past Lambesi and lower down to the bank of Budhi Gandaki River before arriving at Machha Khola.
Day05: Trek to Jagat (1340m) 6hrs:
Crossing Machha Khola, we will continue our journey through Khorla Besi where we will visit Tatopani- a natural hot spring. The trail then passes through forest to Dovan. Bit further from Dovan exists the village of Jagat where we will be staying overnight.
Day06: Trek to Philim (1700m) 5hrs:
Leaving the village of Jagat early in the morning, we will take the raised path through the valley to arrive at Sirdabas. We will have the grand view of Sringi Himal before having gentle descent to river. Crossing the river over a suspension bridge, we will escalate uphill to Philim.
Day07: Trek to Deng (2095m) 5hrs:
We will pass through few waterfalls to arrive at Eklebhatti. From Eklebhatti, we will head to the river which we will cross over suspension bridge to make it to valley. Following the easy trail through the valley, we will reach the village of Deng.
Day08: Trek to Namrung (2900m) 5hrs:
Trekking on 8th day begins by choosing the lowering path which will lead us to the river. From the river, the trail escalates uphill and passes through the mani walls at the dispersed settlements. Passing through Gyapsa, we will arrive at our campsite of Namrung.
Day09: Trek to Samagaon (3500m) 6hrs:
An easy and brief walk through the stone gate and Mani walls will take us to the Village of Lho. Enroute, we will be enjoying the grand views of several snow- clad peaks before taking the path through Pungen glacier. We will have the close up view of Manaslu Mountain before heading towards Samagaon. While at Samagaon, we will visit Sama Gompa.
Day10: Rest Day at Samagaon:
Taking rest is the important weapon against the battle of High Altitude Sickness. We will take a break and utilize this opportunity to explore in and around Samagaon. Taking short side trip to Birendra Tal or walking to the glacier across the valley is a wonderful idea.
Day11: Trek to Samdo (3690m) 3hrs:
Walking past the meadow full of lush green vegetation, we will ascend through the valley to the ridge that offers the finest view of Manaslu Mountain. 3hours of short walk will shift us to the village of Samdo which is located nearer to Tibetan border. We will stay overnight at Samdo.
Day12: Trek to Dharmashala (4450m) 4hrs:
Leaving the village of Samdo, we will cross the river and head towards Larkya Bazaar. A steep climb from Larkya Bazaar will take us to a lodge known by the name of Dharmashala. We will stay overnight at Dharmashala.
Day13: Trek to Bhimphedi (3590m) via Larkya La Pass (5220m) 8hrs:
Following the raised path, we will arrive at Cho Chanda. From Cho Chanda, we will ascend further to Larkya La Pass. The summit of the pass offers the panoramic views of Himlung Mountain, Gyagi Kung, Annapurna II and Kang Kuru peaks. We will lower down the steep pass through moraines to Bhimphedi.
Day14: Trek to Tilje (3900m) 5hrs:
Subtle ascent through the fields will let us to Karcha La Pass from where we will descend through forest of blooming rhododendrons to Tilje. We will stay overnight at Tilje.
Day15: Trek to Chamche:
Following the steep trail downward through forest, we will make it to Marsyangdi Valley. Crossing the suspension bridge, we will then head towards Chamche where we will stay overnight. Getting into Chamche will mark the end of Manaslu circuit.
Day16: Drive to Kathmandu 9-10hrs:
We will take the local jeep towards Besisahar early in the morning from where we will drive back to Kathmandu. Arriving at Kathmandu, we will take rest in the hotel.
Our representative will help you in last moment preparation. You will then be driven back to Tribhuvan International Airport. A flight from TIA will take you to your next desired destination.
