Round Dhaulagiri Trekking

Day 01: Arrive to Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu
As you landed in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative staff from Osho Vision Treks & Expedition will receive you in the Airport, by greeting he will transfer you to our hotel where you will be briefly explained about the itinerary package. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
On the second day, we will be taken out for an outing to some of the major sites in and approximately Kathmandu. Visiting the temples and monuments which are listed by UNESCO in the World Heritage Sites like Pashupatinath, Swayamvunath and Bauddhanath and Durbar squares of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Stay overnight in hotel. 

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara trek to Beni 
On the third day, we will be wandering to Pokhara (around 200 km) through the Prithivi Highway. The bus will depart at 7 AM in the morning. It will be a 6-hr drive with striking scenery all along the way. We will arrive at Pokhara in the late afternoon. Another four hours of drive from Pokhara will take us to Beni. Stay overnight at guesthouse.
 
Day 04: Trek to Babichaur 
Beni is situated at the convergence of Myagdi Khola and Kaligandaki Camp. After send-off the Kali Gandaki River, we will head west all along north bank of Myagdi Khola to Mangalghat which later on takes us to Singa Bazaar. Few distances from Singa Bazaar situated Babichaur where we will spend our night. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek to Darbang
Nowadays we will rise up the hill to arrive at Darbang which locates itself at 1110m altitude. We will pay out our night in a camp at Darbang. On the other hand, we can take the public jeep or microbus services from Darbang to Beni. We will spend our night at Darbang. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 06: Trek to Muri
Nowadays we will head north to Phedi. From Phedi, we will ascend up to ridge. After enchanting a brief rest at a ridge, we will scramble the entire mode to Sibang and Mattim. From Mattim, we will subordinate down and walk along Gatti Khola to reach Phalai Gaon(1810m). Later on we will pass through Dhara Khola to continue to Muri which is the large Magar Village. Stay overnight at guesthouse.
 
Day 07: Trek to Boghara 
It takes 6 to 8 hours of trek to reach to Boghara. The trail lowers downward for a while and passes throughout terraced fields. We will then scale a ridge and move down to Myagdi Khola. Again we will cross through village of Naurawe and go down through a forest and terraced fields to attain Boghara. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek to Dovan 
We will fall down through terraced fields to a small ridge and then through a forest to Jyardan. We will go by through settlement and go after the rocky winding path to Lipshe. The trail soon takes us to Lapche Kharka before finally taking us to Dovan. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 09: Trek to High Vungini (Italian Base Camp)
On the 9th day, we will mount up throughout the attractive woods from where we can distinguish the mountains.  Before that we have to move from Dovan to High Vungini in an early morning. Following this path will reach to High Vungini which is the Italian Base Camp. Stay overnight in a tented camp.


Day 10: Rest Day at High Vungini (Italian Base Camp)
This day is concluded as the rest day. We will effortlessness up our painful muscle and get ready ourselves for journey to be taken in upcoming days. We will pitch our camp in High Vungini which is also known as the Italian Base Camp. Stay overnight in a tented camp.
 
Day 11: Trek to Glacier camp 
We will cross the glacier with an aid of rope to arrive at to the core glacier. We will discover the path to be rough and hazardous at number of ways.  We will terrain our camp there in the glacier. Stay overnight in a tented camp.


Day 12: Trek to Dhaulagiri Base Camp I 
 Early in the 12th day, we will follow the trail through rough course of stones and glaciers all the way to Dhaulagiri Base Camp I. The weather is unkind and cold but the stunning view of Dhaulagiri Mountain will soothe our frightening soul. We will pay out our night in a camp at Dhaulagiri Base Camp I. Stay overnight in a tented camp.
 
Day 13: Trek to Hidden Valley via French Col 
We will ascend the vertical moraine walls to arrive at to the top of French Col (5300m) from where we can get the grand view of the Hidden Valley which is the reminiscent of Tibet and Ladakh. The temperature here exists at -20 °C overnight. Later we will follow the course all the way to Hidden Valley where we will pitch our camp. Stay overnight in a tented camp.
 
Day 14: Rest day at Hidden Valley 
Hiddeen Valley extends itself at an area of ​​5000m. We will seize rest from the difficult journey. If we feel like it, we can walk around around to respect the nearby peaks. Stay overnight in a tented camp.


Day 15: Trek to Yak Kharka 
After breakfast, we will ascend all the way to Dhampus which exists at 5200m height. We will have a breathtaking pace along the slopes prone to storm. After brief rest, we will go down steeply to a meadow with lush green vegetation which goes by the name of Yak Kharka. Stay overnight in a tented camp.


Day 16: Trek to Marpha 
On the 16th day, we will descend along the flank of the mountain to reach a settlement at Marpha. The trek follows its course throughout the tree line, potato and wheat fields, terraces and cottages. Marpha is well-known for its apple orchards and is home to two lovely Tibetan monasteries. Stay overnight at guesthouse.


Day 17: Trek to Ghasa 
We will shift along the smooth and broad river valley to arrive at a settlement with Tibetan style houses. Later we will cross through green and forested valley to reach to the village of Ghasa which is a fine settlement surrounded by green hills and fields of crops and vegetables. Stay overnight at guesthouse.


Day 18: Trek to Tatopani 
Today’s trek goes through the course in the subtropical vegetation, fig trees and poinsettias which will lead us to river. We will move along the river to reach a deeper world of George all the way to Tatopani. We will use up our night at Tatopani and visit natural hot springs. Stay overnight at guesthouse.


Day 19: Trek to Hile 
Early in the morning, we will go up Poonhill which is one of the best view points of Nepal for screening grand mountains. It offers a clear view of the elevated Himalayas. Later we will saunter down to Hile wherever we will terrain our camp. Stay overnight at guesthouse.
 
Day 20: Trek to Pokhara
Our subsequent destination will be Pokhara from the Hile. We will march throughout the Nayapul, Birethanti and envy green valley along Modi river to achieve Pokhara where we will use up our night, the beautiful and junction for other treks. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 21: Drive to Kathmandu 
On this day we will drive back to Kathmandu, located 200 km west of Pokhara. Prithvi Highway unites Kathmandu with Pokhara.  It takes about 5 hours to cover up the length of 200 km to go again Kathmandu. Stay overnight in hotel.

Day 22: Departure!!!!
Formally this is the day where you will return your hometown or towards your next destination. You will be helped by the representative staff from Osho Vision Treks & Expedition to end the tour package by transferring into the airport.

“Beyond expectations” W e organised our 3 week adventure around Nepal with Dineash from Osho Vision Treks. In our initial meeting he listened to our requests & designed a tour according to our wishes. Our trip included a comfortable Scorpio car, a proficient courteous driver (Dipak) sightseeing around Kathmandu & the Kathmandu Valley, a 2 day rafting trip on the Trishuli river, Pokhara, a soft 2 day trek in the foothills of the Annapurnas, Lumbini, a 3 night 4 day package in the Royal Chitwan National Park, Nagarkot, Dhuulikhel and back to Kathmandu. Our trip included all hotels & breakfasts & full board when rafting & at Chitwan. Most of our accommodation was excellent. Dipak was a great driver, always on time & an extremely safe driver. Dineash rang everyday to check all was well on our trip. We had an absolutely fantastic time in Nepal thanks to Dineash & his team. I would highly recommend his services to one & all.
